Britains Best Home Cook

Being invited to take part in Britain's Best Home Cook #bbhc was an honour and incredibly exciting... when I found out that all the contestants would be living in the house together I was thrilled.

Meeting Mary Berry was unbelievable and one of the high points in my life as she has been an idol of mine since I was a small child cooking with my mother at home, even if I couldn’t look at her without crying!!

Claudia is as amazing and hilarious off-screen as she is on the telly and really helped put us all at ease, particularly on our first day in the kitchen!
